What habit do you find particularly annoying in others

Hypocrisy. Now to be honest, I do find something being a little hypocritical sometimes, but I do my best to correct myself and steer away from it to begin with but it is one of the most annoying qualities/habit in a person to me. I had a boss who was one of the most hypocritical people I had ever met and it made me have absolutely no respect for him whatsoever despite the fact that he was my superior. I have also had to displeasure of working with both hypocritical colleagues and classmates at various times in my life. It is something I have to learn to deal with and move on from but I find it especially difficult sometimes - but I am getting better and turning a cheek to it all and realizing that sometimes people are the way they are.
